Very professional from beginning to end, installers were quick and efficient, and process was smooth with competitive pricing.

Beware of high estimates. Didn't use them after we recieved a high quote, then asked for a second quote after removing the old and prepping floors ourself to save some money. Only wanted to knock off 600.00 for prepping 600 sq ft. Keith was nice and appreciated him bringing samples out to us. Just didn't work out.

We found Diamondback Flooring through a web search and are very happy with our choice to move forward with Keith and his team. They worked quickly and were also very flexible when we decided to add to our project on day 2 of our 3 day install. The lead time from the time we signed was only 2 weeks, and after having gone thru a kitchen remodel at my home that experienced supplier delay after supplier delay last year, 2 weeks was a breath of fresh air. We had anyone and everyone you can think of come out for a quote for laminate flooring. Keith came out and brought out his samples. He was very professional, super polite and not pushy at all. The quotes we got beat everyone else by a landslide. Great quality. The installers came out and did a phenomenal job! They were very observant of everything around them and extremely courteous coming in and out of the house each and every time. They were extremely well mannered and did the most amazing job on our installation. Everything was left clean and wiped down including the floors. I am so happy I stumbled onto Diamondback flooring! I have been treated with nothing but professionalism and kindness. My project was a little hectic as I used my own flooring installer but purchased all my flooring needs through Diamondback flooring and never once was I shown any frustration from the owner. Instead he helped me and made an extra trip out to me to make sure I had what I needed in time. Republic flooring laminate is by far the best I have ever seen, it's like they are real planks of wood. He took time to explain this flooring to me and even spent his own downtime thinking about my project and special concerns. When I met him I felt immediately comfortable and in good hands. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will send everyone his way. I already have some very curious neighbors as they cannot believe the quality of this laminate. I searched several vendors and even purchased other flooring to only have to return it because it failed the scratch test. Nowhere else was I told the truth quite the opposite in fact. It frightens me to think what if I had not found diamondback flooring and trusted lumbar liquidators instead! It would have been a very expensive mistake. You are in good hands here, guaranteed. He is knowledgeable and very fair priced, very fair! I scored a great deal!!!!
